Co-founder/CEO/Investor Jocelyn Loo is an entrepreneur who founded BeGlammed, an on-demand beauty app operating in 22 cities, and Guestsnow, an event management app used by Insomniac, HBO, and Nike. She currently oversees ICBRKR’s operations, business development, product design, app development management, strategy, and marketing. Jocelyn holds a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Rochester Institute of Technology.
