Deena Abdelwahed made a dramatic entrance onto InFiné`s discography remixing the latest single of Bachar Mar-Khalife "Lemon" before adding her very own contribution to our compilation series #Explorer with Space + Kadhab

Deena starts her carreer in Tunis at the microphone of the jazz band "So Soulful" and later moved behind the decks of the deejay collective "World Full of Bass". After the Revolution in 2011, electronic music became the preferred outlet of the Tunisian youths "to release their frustrations". At the crossroads of Pan-Arab traditional, Bass Ambient and Techno music, the early productions of Deena rapidly gained support from Acid Arab, Morphosis or Debruit before arriving to our ears. Deena currently lives between Tunisia and Toulouse in France and multiplies live performances all over Europe.

She won the Radio Lab 2016 prize organized by CTM in Berlin with "All Hail Mother Internet" and shares our questioning and value of modern civilization. We believe in her militant and multidisciplinary approach and her vision for both popular and edgy electronic music. Deena begins now a European Tour through Paris, Brussels, Rotterdam, Stockholm and Graz and will land at the Festival Transmusicales de Rennes. Her debut EP for InFiné is set to be released this winter.
